Return Policy for Scalpshade

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you’re not satisfied with the items you’ve ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product still includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it was upon delivery.

  • Normal usage is evident; damage due to careless use is not accepted.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

  • The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within that timeframe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged due to circumstances beyond our responsibility.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above requirements, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to: info@scalpshade.com

Include the following details in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product (if damaged)

  • Customer's full name

  • Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address. Do not send the return to the sender address. You will receive the proper return address after requesting it. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following condition if the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party appointed by you (not the carrier), receive or accept the final item in your order.

Because we operate on a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. This means we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has begun, and a refund is only possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Scalpshade) of your decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement (e.g., by email). Withdrawal is complete once we have received the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait for the delivery and then return the goods to us. You are welcome to notify us in advance of your intention to return.

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that you send us a shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.


Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the original shipping costs (unless you chose a more expensive shipping option than our standard one). This refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
