General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off Period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: The natural person who does not act for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft, or profession and enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Ongoing Contract: A distance agreement concerning a series of products and/or services, with the delivery and/or purchase obligation spread over time.

Right of Withdrawal: The option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.

Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, using one or more means of remote communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from ScalpShade and to every established distance agreement and order between ScalpShade and the consumer. The terms and conditions are made available to the consumer before concluding the distance agreement.
Article 4 – The Offer
ScalpShade's offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The offer is non-binding and can be changed at any time by the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is not liable for apparent mistakes or errors in the offer.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm the receipt of acceptance without delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts the day after the consumer receives the product.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
The consumer is responsible for the costs of returning products when exercising the right of withdrawal. The paid amount will be refunded within 14 days after the withdrawal.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that are made to the consumer’s specifications, are personal in nature, or can spoil quickly.
Article 9 – The Price
The prices of the offered products are those that apply at the time of the offer. Price increases within three months of concluding the agreement are only allowed due to legal regulations or provisions.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
ScalpShade guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of reliability. The warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
ScalpShade will deliver the products with care and execute orders within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If a product cannot be delivered, a replacement product will be offered. The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge if a replacement is not acceptable.
Article 12 – Ongoing Contracts: Duration, Termination, and Renewal
The consumer may terminate an agreement of indefinite duration at any time with a maximum notice period of one month. For fixed-term agreements, the same notice period applies at the end of the term.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be made within 7 working days from the start of the cooling-off period unless otherwise agreed. In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged to the consumer.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted to ScalpShade within 7 days of discovering the defect. The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved, the consumer will be further informed about possible next step
